Must have skills : OpenText ECM Tools Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support architect with strong hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining OpenText xECM Content Server (v23.x) and OpenText Core Capture (v24.x and 25.x) in a SaaS-deployed environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of ECM services with multiple integrated environments (e.g. SAP), while managing incidents, configuration, and change requests in a mission-critical enterprise environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Architect, design, develop, and maintain applications using OpenText ECM Tools - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues across xECM CS and capture processes. - Configure and customize OpenText ECM Tools to meet specific business needs. - Manage and support OpenText SaaS-deployed platforms, ensuring compliance with cloud operations best practices - Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Must Have Skills: Architect and design Experience with OpenText ECM Tools (xECM Technology and Core Capture Solutions specialization), minimum 3+ years of architect experience. -Should have good analytical skills with experience in OpenText ECM Tools i.e. OpenText Content server(OTCS), OTDS, Core Archive/OTAC, xECM for SAP and OpenText Core Capture. -Should have good design knowledge on xECM for SAP solutions via REST/SOAP APIs, and should be able to look things from architecture standpoint and provide solutions and workaround. -Should have sound knowledge on Open Text Capture solutions (Core Capture/Intelligent Capture), able to write custom scripting and provide solutions and workaround for the issues. -Should have good knowledge of archiving and SAP ADA (archiving document access) component & strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. -Familiarity with document-centric business processes and records management concepts & strong experience in integrating xECM with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs Programming/Scripting : XML/XSLT for templating -JavaScript or OScript (Content Server's scripting language) for advanced customizations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of OpenText solutions with other enterprise applications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Should be able to work in multicultural multi location multivendor team environment. - Eagerness to learn and develop self on an ongoing basis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of architect/design experience in OpenText ECM Tools (xECM, OTCS and Core Capture). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using OpenText ECM Tools - OpenText certifications in xECM or Core Capture Show more Show less
