Must have skills : Kronos Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationJob Summary :We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Application Support Specialist to support, troubleshoot, and optimize the UKG WFM solution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor tracking systems, supporting HR, Payroll, and Operations teams with configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Provide functional and technical support for the UKG Pro WFM suite, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attestation, and related modules.Respond to and resolve user issues and system incidents related to WFM applications in a timely manner.Configure system settings, pay rules, schedules, and other WFM-related parameters as needed.Manage and support data integrations between WFM and other systems (HRIS, Payroll, ERP, etc.).Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate time capture and proper system alignment with business policies.Maintain and enhance WFM reports, dashboards, and system documentation.Assist with testing and deployment of patches, upgrades, and enhancements.Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and follow up with UKG support on outstanding tickets.Support audits and compliance reporting related to labor laws, timekeeping, and wage-hour regulations.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience supporting UKG Pro WFM (formerly UltiPro WFM or Kronos WFC/WFD) systems.Strong understanding of timekeeping, labor compliance, scheduling, and workforce data management.Hands-on experience configuring pay rules, accruals, rounding, attestation, and holiday policies.Experience with system interfaces and file transfers (e.g., with Payroll or HRIS systems).Familiarity with workforce compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, state-specific labor laws).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central (WFC), or Workforce Ready.Experience with SQL, UKG BI reporting, or WIM (Workforce Integration Manager).Exposure to large-scale or multi-location WFM environments.Familiarity with union rules, shift differentials, and complex pay rules.
