Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet the required specifications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any application-related issues that may arise. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce and the ability to apply it effectively in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and application requirements. Design and build applications that meet the specified requirements. Configure applications to ensure they align with the business process. Troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Continuously improve application performance and usability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications. - Knowledge of configuring applications to align with business processes. - Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
