Description
We are seeking a seasoned Application Architect with a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications. This Managerial / Senior-level role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently, collaborate with project managers, and guide development teams through the full application lifecycle—from architecture and design to implementation and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Collaborate with project managers to align technical solutions with business goals. Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across projects. Conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality standards. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Document architectural decisions and maintain architectural artifacts. Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT architecture , with at least 5 years focused on application architecture . Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, layered architecture). Experience designing applications for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. Technical Skills & Experience: Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, and at least one more of the following: R,C++,C#,Java, JavaScript/TypeScript. Frameworks: Understanding and some proficiency of development frameworks, e.g. .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, React. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform. DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps. Databases: Experience with both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) databases. Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, message queues (e.g., Solace, Kafka, RabbitMQ), and enterprise service buses (Mulesoft) Security: Knowledge of application security best practices, multitenancy, identity management (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and data protection. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the design and implementation of Agentic applications using common design patterns and frameworks (Open API Agent SDK, MCP, LangGraph) Experience in enterprise integration and working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. TOGAF or similar architecture certification is a plus. Show more Show less
