Role - APP OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
Push Notification Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and optimize push notification campaigns (transactional, promotional, and lifecycle).
Work with CRM and automation platforms like OneSignal, CleverTap, Braze, or Firebase.
A/B test messaging content, timing, and targeting to improve open rates and conversions.
User Acquisition & Engagement
Collaborate with paid media teams to manage UA campaigns on platforms like Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok, and ASA (Apple Search Ads).
Optimize install-to-action funnel and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
Monitor attribution tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch to analyze user behavior and ROI.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Develop onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns across push, in-app messaging, and email.
Define and monitor KPIs including DAU, MAU, Retention Rate, Churn, and LTV.
App Store Optimization (ASO)
Conduct keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, and screenshots for iOS and Android platforms.
Track and improve app store conversion rates and rankings.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4 for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product, creative, and content teams to ensure consistent app messaging.
Provide feedback on user journeys, app features, and UX for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app marketing.
Proven expertise in push notification campaigns and mobile CRM.
Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs and user funnels.
Experience with ASO tools (Sensor Tower, AppTweak, etc.).
Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
