Role Overview

Kefilo is building a

food-tech and wellness ecosystem

that blends nutrition science, cloud kitchens, subscriptions, and digital wellness experiences.We are looking for an

App Developer

who can

own the design and development of the Kefilo mobile app

from concept to MVP and scale.This is a

founding-level, ownership role

where you will directly shape the core product and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the Kefilo mobile application (Android/iOS or cross-platform)
  • Build core features:
    • User onboarding & profiles
    • Meal subscriptions & order management
    • Payments and checkout
    • E-commerce store for food & wellness products
    • Delivery tracking & notifications
  • Integrate backend APIs, databases, and admin dashboards
  • Work with product, nutrition, and operations teams to translate business needs into features
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and performance-optimized architecture
  • Lead MVP launch, iterations, and future feature roadmap
  • Collaborate on AI-driven insights (recommendations, personalization, demand prediction)

Tech Stack (Flexible)

  • Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift
  • Backend: Node.js / Django / Firebase / Supabase
  • Databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firestore
  • Payments & integrations: Razorpay, Stripe, etc.
  • Cloud & deployment: AWS / GCP / Firebase

Equity Structure & Process

  • 3–4 discussion rounds to define ownership, scope, and expectations
  • 1-month cohort under NDA to validate execution and working alignment
  • Move to Equity / Cofounder Agreement post cohort
  • Equity formally allotted after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
  • 5-year vesting period
  • No fixed compensation until funding; this is a pure equity role while building a 25+ member founding team
