Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be required to demonstrate active listening skills, non-verbal communication, empathy, and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in various communication formats. Your role will involve providing clear and concise information to others, both verbally and in writing, for public and organizational consumption. In addition, you will be responsible for setting clear expectations, developing shared values, and working effectively within a team environment. You should possess leadership potential, including business acumen, teamwork skills, independent and strategic thinking, self-development abilities, integrity, and the capacity to work autonomously to achieve results. Proactively assuming roles within projects and maintaining communication with clients will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. In terms of support functions, you will serve as a communication liaison for the project team, contributing administratively or as a junior team member as needed. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively communicating with the team and client representatives as directed. You should be capable of working both collaboratively and independently, providing administrative and project support as required. Your role will involve understanding project scope and expectations, creating and executing punch lists, and generating monthly reports. Proficiency in project management technology specific to assigned projects is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking invoices, transcribing meeting minutes, managing project directories, producing monthly reports, maintaining project data, managing documents, following up on project tasks promptly, and ensuring effective communication within the project/program team. Data input and maintenance in PDS technology systems will also be part of your support responsibilities.,
