You should be capable of working both collaboratively and independently, providing administrative and project support as required. Your role will involve understanding project scope and expectations, creating and executing punch lists, and generating monthly reports. Proficiency in project management technology specific to assigned projects is required. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking invoices, transcribing meeting minutes, managing project directories, producing monthly reports, maintaining project data, managing documents, following up on project tasks promptly, and ensuring effective communication within the project/program team. Data input and maintenance in PDS technology systems will also be part of your support responsibilities.,
