Job Description

You will be leading the BX Services (SWS) Team at Siemens, focusing on smart infrastructure solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Remote Services Team and ensuring timely and quality deliveries as per customer expectations. - Assigning tasks and overseeing their completion. - Providing technical and managerial support to team members as needed. - Reviewing the team's performance against predefined KPIs and evolving KPIs when necessary. - Being the escalation point for internal stakeholders. - Promoting activities for continuous KPI improvement, emphasizing better processes, automation, simplification, and standardization. - Collaborating with other functional leads within APAC Functional Org and coordinating with Remote Services Team Leads in other countries. - Offering sales support, including preparation, solution design, customer meetings, etc. - Evaluating demand, planning resource capacity, competency, and budget on a periodic basis. - Identifying competency gaps, organizing training, and evaluating impact for competency development. - Representing the function in management meetings. Skills required for this role include: - Knowledge and experience in Building Tech, Service Delivery & People Management. - Degree in engineering or similar. - Deep knowledge of Building Technology domain, Remote Service delivery, and Siemens SI B Remote/Digital Services Tools & Portfolio. - Interpersonal skills such as Team Management, Motivation, Communication, etc. - Customer Focus. - Knowledge of Service Agreements, Commercial contracts, SLAs, etc. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone from the SI B DSC Remote Service Team. Alternatively, external candidates who have worked in Network Operating Centers, IT Service Desk, and led teams in Service functions can also be considered. Your expected time contribution breakdown would be: - Day to Day operations management: 30% - Medium/Long Term Planning & Improvement initiatives: 20% - Sales Support: 20% - As Individual Contributor: remaining This role is based in Kalwa, providing you with the opportunity to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries, and the future of smart infrastructure solutions at Siemens.,
