• Bonus: Experience with automating repetitive tasks or generating user flows with AI

1. Figma Mastery Required

2. You must be deeply proficient in 

   Figma

   , including:

• Component libraries
• Auto layout
• Prototyping and animations
• Collaborative workflows

1. Product Ownership in Both B2B and B2C

2. You must have:

• Designed for both 

  enterprise-grade

   (B2B) platforms and 

  consumer-facing

   (B2C) apps
• Experience designing across 

  web + mobile platforms

• Ownership of full design lifecycle—from discovery to delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, elegant UIs and efficient UX flows for both web and app
• Own entire design cycles: research, wireframes, UI, prototyping, handoff
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and founders to shape product direction
• Apply AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and content quality in design
• Conduct UX research and user testing to inform design decisions
• Maintain and evolve our design system across platforms

Ideal Profile:

• 3+ years of product design experience (UI + UX)
• Strong portfolio showcasing real product work (not just concept/mockups)
• Proven experience designing 

  B2B dashboards

  , 

  SaaS interfaces

  , 

  B2C apps

  , etc.
• Comfortable using Figma + AI tools 

  daily

• Excellent communicator, can explain design decisions clearly
• High attention to detail and consistency

Bonus Points:

• Frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, React basics)
• Experience with AI-native product design
• Motion design or interaction design skills
• Experience in growth, onboarding, or conversion-focused UX
