Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer (3+ years) who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven mobile applications. Basic Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Android application development
• Good command of English communication (written & verbal)
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work long-term and meet project deadlines
• Strong self-learning ability and high attention to detail

Key Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Strong knowledge of Java, Core Java, Kotlin, and OOP concepts
• Solid understanding of Android SDK & NDK
• Experience working with multiple Android versions and different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
• Strong understanding of Android UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with offline storage: SQLite, Realm or similar databases
• Proficiency in background/foreground threading, Services, and performance optimization
• Experience using common Android libraries: Retrofit, Glide, GSON
• Knowledge of the Android open-source ecosystem
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)

Third-Party Libraries & Monetization

• Experience implementing popular third-party libraries
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services, including: Crashlytics, Analytics, Authentication & Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)
• Experience with monetization APIs, including: Google AdMob, Android In-App Billing / Google Play Billing
• Experience with other ad networks such as Facebook Ads, Flurry, or MoPub is a plus

AI & Productivity Tools (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, such as: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve development speed, debugging, and code quality is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Android applications from scratch to deployment
• Ensure high-quality UI design, optimized code, and app performance
• Deliver crash-free, stable, and cross-device compatible applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and web/mobile development teams
• Communicate with team when required for: Feature enhancements, UI changes, Bug fixing & Project delivery
• Maintain and enhance existing Android applications
• Follow Android design guidelines, coding standards, and best practices
• Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency

Education Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
