Synechron is seeking a talented and motivated Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android application development and Java programming, with a passion for creating innovative mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Android development.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Android application development using Java.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, app lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries and integrations.
• Experience with Kotlin is must.
• Knowledge of SQLite, data storage, and offline storage solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience working with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of security principles related to mobile applications.
