Job Description – App & Web Developer Company: Taza Bazar Agro Pvt Ltd Job Title: App & Web Developer Location: India Department: Technology / IT Reporting To: CTO / Project Manager / Director Role Overview The App & Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications and web platforms that support business operations, customer engagement, and digital commerce. The role requires close collaboration with product, operations, and design teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications and mobile apps (Android / iOS) Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services Ensure application security, data protection, and performance optimization Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern designs Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning Deploy applications and manage updates, bug fixes, and enhancements Maintain technical documentation and code repositories Work closely with project managers and business teams to understand requirements Support e-commerce, order management, payment gateway, and inventory systems Technical Skills Required Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript React.js / Angular / Vue.js Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility Backend: Node.js / PHP / Python / Java RESTful APIs Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Mobile App Development: Flutter / React Native / Android (Java/Kotlin) / iOS (Swift) Other Skills: Git / GitHub / GitLab Cloud platforms (AWS / Firebase / Azure – preferred) Payment gateway integration App deployment on Play Store & App Store Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 1–2 years of experience in app and web development Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or quick commerce is a plus Key Competencies Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail and clean coding practices Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Application uptime and performance Bug resolution turnaround time Feature delivery timelines Code quality and security compliance Working Conditions Full-time / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable) Flexible working hours based on project requirements Growth Opportunities Opportunity to grow into Senior Developer / Tech Lead / Product Architect roles.
