1-3 years of professional experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java is a must. - Solid understanding of the Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to handle various screen sizes and device types. - Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. - Familiarity with modern Android architecture components and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP). - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of common mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Familiarity with local data storage solutions like Room - Experience with popular Android libraries such as Retrofit, Koin etc. - Experience with Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming is a MUST. - Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Espresso). - Experience with Firebase services (e.g., Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging).
Good to have:
Knowledge of the Jetpack Compose framework. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Published one or more applications on the Google Play Store.
