Analytics Lead

Analytics Lead Exp. Required in Years - 6 to 8 Years Location - Bangalore Job responsibilities - Oversee and mentor analytics staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively. Design and execute data-driven strategies to improve marketing performance, including campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and personalization. Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, including senior management. Work closely with marketing, sales, products, and other teams to align on goals, share insights, and collaborate on projects. Required Skill Set - Analyze website traffic and offer insights to stakeholders on which story/keywords to focus on Provide qualitative feedback on stories/campaigns undertaken by doing A/B testing and analysing data Work with the BU head to identify stories/content pieces that can be boosted Provide qualitative analysis of all campaigns undertaken Regularly conduct tech audit of the website to identify and fix bugs Prepare an exhaustive monthly MIS on the tasks undertaken Ability to lead a team of data crunchers Should be able to interpret data on the fly and prepare reports Interested candidate can share their resume at jobs@happiesthealth.com
