Come grow with us where innovation meets marketing magic. About the role: The mission of the Revenue Analytics Lead is to serve as the analytical engine powering revenue growth. This role will own the tracking and optimization of our marketing and sales funnel - consolidating data across PLG and SLG motions to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights. As we scale from to $50M ARR and beyond, a clear understanding of funnel dynamics is critical to ensure alignment between GTM teams and strategic investments. This role will work closely with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Product to stitch together a unified revenue story across multiple platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Product Analytics). You will be the go-to expert for executive dashboards, conversion analysis, pacing, and benchmarking, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities throughout the funnel. What youll do: Own and maintain revenue dashboards with full-funnel visibility Define and track KPIs across MQL, SAL, SQL, S1, S2, and Closed Won Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Growth to drive funnel conversion insights Forecast and pace toward monthly and quarterly targets Identify gaps, drop-offs, and inefficiencies across the GTM funnel Lead ad hoc analyses to support board-level and strategic presentations Design and implement reporting processes that scale with business complexity Collaborate with Data, Product, and GTM to unify data sources and storytelling Qualifications: Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or related analytics role in a SaaS environment Background : Proven experience in analyzing sales & marketing funnels, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional reporting Skills : Strong analytical, mathematical and critical thinking skills Advanced Excel and SQL Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and data integration platforms like HighTouch.
