Front Office Specialist

Your primary duty will be to serve as the initial point of contact for our customers and visitors, thereby playing a crucial role in establishing a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service. Aside from these responsibilities, you will be expected to handle administrative duties and assist various departments with their day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, ensuring the office is clean and organized, and warmly greeting clients, customers, and visitors. You will also be tasked with answering phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate staff members or departments, managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and overseeing general office tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
