Job Description

1. Formation & Taxation of Non-Profit and Corporate Entities

  • Advisory and end-to-end assistance in formation and registration of:
    • Charitable Trusts, Societies, and Section 8 Companies under applicable laws (Income Tax Act, 1961; Companies Act, 2013).
    • Private Trusts (both specific and discretionary).
    • Private Limited Companies and LLPs (MCA filings, ROC compliances).
    • Partnership Firms under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
  • Tax registration, PAN, TAN, 12A/80G certification, and annual compliance.
  • Compliances under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act such as Change Report, Scheme, annual accounts filing, etc.

2. Taxation (Direct and Indirect)

  • Income Tax, GST, and TDS compliance and advisory services.
  • Filing of tax returns, statements, and representation during scrutiny assessments.
  • Preparation and filing of appeals and appearances before CIT(A), ITAT, and other appellate forums.

3. Audit & Assurance

  • Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits in accordance with applicable standards (SA, CARO, ICAI guidelines).
  • RERA audits and compliance support under respective State Real Estate Regulatory Authorities.
  • Issuance of certificates and audit reports as per statutory requirements.

4. Financial & Tax Planning

  • Personalized financial and tax planning services to individuals and corporates.
  • Investment and savings optimization in line with prevailing tax laws and exemptions.

5. Corporate Law & Regulatory Compliances

  • MCA and ROC filings, secretarial compliances, drafting of MOA/AOA, resolutions, and board meeting minutes.
  • Support in FEMA compliances, shareholding structures, and RBI reporting (if applicable).
