Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analyst to join our Data Analytics team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and analytics, with a strong background in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics. Job Requirements Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the BFSI sector.
