ZapTech Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO-certified BPO & KPO service provider delivering high-quality solutions to the U.S. Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious MBA graduates with strong business acumen to join us as Business / Quality Analysts.

This role is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in analytics, research, and quality processes within a business environment.

Role Overview

As a Business / Quality Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable business insights.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure process excellence.
• Support research, reporting, and decision-making initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA (Mandatory) – Specialization in Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, or Operations.
• Experience: Freshers or up to 12 months in Business Analyst / Research Analyst / Quality Analyst roles.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Work Schedule

• Training Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Post-Training Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Rotational / Flexible)
• Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
