Job Description:Role : AnalystDepartment: AssuranceWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Assurance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in audit and assurance services, working with diverse clients across industries. You will be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under supervision
Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements
Document audit findings and prepare working papers in accordance with firm standards
Support in evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality assurance services
Stay updated on relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS)
Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Pursuing or completed CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong academic background with an interest in audit and assurance

Skills & Competencies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
