Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the Deployment of Technology Solutions:

a. Assist delivery and implementation of the financial reporting tools at client sites,

ensuring timely and efficient deployment.

b. Work under the supervision of experienced team members and meet the project

timelines and milestones.

2. Client Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

a. Work with client to gain an understanding of their existing financial statement

preparation process.

b. Gain an understanding of the data that can be made available through the client’s ERP

for financial statement preparation purposes.

3. Customization and Configuration:

a. Conifgure the client’s financial statements on the financial reporting tool.

4. Training and Support:

a. Help the client personnel develop knowledge and skills to effectively use the technology

tools.

b. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and

efficiently.

5. Quality Assurance and Testing:

a. Conduct thorough testing of after implementation to ensure they meet client

requirements and are free of defects.

6. Provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

7. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

a. Share best practices and insights with the team to enhance overall service delivery and

client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Semi qualified chartered accountant [individuals having cleared either of the CA Final groups, who are not pursuing any further]

• 1-4 years of experience in a relevant role, such as financial statement preparation under Ind AS,

IFRS, USGAAP framework.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed

decisions and recommendations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with

cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple

tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging

environment.
