Analyst, Marketing Cloud Intelligence

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Cloud Testing team member to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will work closely with brand teams, understand various data sources, build data ingestion pipelines, and test end-to-end data ingestion layers, data models, and visualization dashboards based on predefined test scripts. Your responsibilities will include building end-to-end test scripts for each release, running test scripts using testing platforms like Proton, documenting results, identifying bugs and errors, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues. You will also audit technical developments, validate source data matching with MCI, create and update knowledge documents, design testing strategies, participate in data exploration and mapping activities, and maintain standard operating procedures for smooth operations of visualization data and insights. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Dataroma/MCI as a hands-on developer, familiarity with visualization platforms like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, experience with data platforms and ETL tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, or DataIKU, and prior exposure to testing automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to customers are essential. Knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem, Salesforce MCI certification, and familiarity with AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning Web component will be advantageous.
