Analyst, Marketing Cloud Intelligence

You will be a part of the Marketing Automation team at Novartis as a Marketing Cloud Testing team member. Your role will involve working closely with brand teams, understanding various data sources, building data ingestion pipelines, and testing end-to-end data ingestion layers, data models, and visualization dashboards based on predefined test scripts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build end-to-end test scripts for each release - Run test scripts using testing platforms like Proton - Document results and identify bugs and errors - Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues - Audit technical developments and validate source data matching with MCI - Create and update knowledge documents - Design testing strategies and participate in data exploration and mapping activities - Maintain standard operating procedures for smooth operations of visualization data and insights **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Dataroma/MCI as a hands-on developer - Familiarity with visualization platforms like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI - Experience with data platforms and ETL tools such as Informatica, Alteryx, or DataIKU - Prior exposure to testing automation platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills - Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to customers If you join Novartis, you will become part of a community dedicated to helping people with diseases and their families through innovative science and collaborative teamwork.
