Analyst

You will be joining Levers for Change as an Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in providing objective advice, expertise, and guidance to clients to achieve project targets. You will report to the Associate Consultant or Engagement Manager and collaborate closely with the client to map processes, identify areas of improvement, and drive implementation of solutions. Your responsibilities will span various industries and functions, requiring entrepreneurial skills and project-based work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Map current processes & control systems - Identify gaps & areas of improvement - Develop new/ modify existing processes/ control systems - Drive the client to implement agreed solutions - Achieve project deliverables with Consultants/ Engagement Manager - Quantify impact of identified issues - Execute implementation plans for allocated work streams - Manage client team under your supervision - Enhance skills of client team working with you - Conduct studies on the shop floor & analyze data - Interview employees, management team, and stakeholders - Facilitate workshops and training sessions - Prepare and deliver presentations - Formulate and implement recommendations/solutions - Ensure client receives necessary assistance for implementation - Lead and manage team members, including full-time client resources - Identify and resolve behavioral issues within the client team **Qualifications Required:** - Good academic track record - Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Tier 1 Institute - Post-graduate program in Management from reputed institute - Work experience in manufacturing operations or business process improvements preferred - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work on shop floor initiatives and travel to remote locations As an Analyst, you will have the flexibility to choose your base location with good air connectivity for travel to client sites. While working on projects, you will travel to the client location for the project's duration and may return to your base location every fortnight.
