Analyst

Role Overview: As a Change Management Specialist at Socit Gnrale, you will be responsible for understanding project objectives and identifying the right points of contact in the business to effectively execute the change management process. You will provide regular updates on project progress to Management, act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business Lines (BLs) on project-related information, and interact with all stakeholders to gather business requirements and document functional requirements. Your role will involve identifying and preparing best practice methodologies for the smooth execution and delivery of projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and quality of project deliverables. Additionally, you will participate in Application sprint demos, prepare test cases, perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and make decisions based on test results and end-user feedback. Your active contribution in project planning and getting consensus of stakeholders, along with ensuring full cooperation and coordination between project streams, will be crucial in your role.
