Analyst - Internal Reporting

Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Internal Reporting, Regulatory reporting and Control, Planning and/or Analytics. - Utilize Barclays data and/or analytics experience to your advantage. - Design MI dashboards, analytics, and insights. - Demonstrate knowledge in Business Intelligence platforms like SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, data management, and transformation. - Utilize project management/scrum master capabilities to drive prioritization. - Design MI dashboards and insights. Qualifications Required: - In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise. - Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise. - Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources. - Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to. - Maintain and continually build an understanding of how your own sub-function integrates with the function, alongside knowledge of the organization's products, services, and processes within the function. Additional Company Details: The purpose of the role is to provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organization. You will act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions. The above role is for Chennai/Noida.
