Job Description

Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC)

  • Manage the

    end-to-end employee life cycle

    (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of

    HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a

    case management tool

    , ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region.
  • Work closely with the wider HR community, including

    Centers of Excellence (COEs)

    , to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to

    continuous improvement initiatives

    within HR Shared Services.
  • Support the HR Shared Services team on

    ad-hoc projects

    and initiatives as required.

Here are the desired Skills and Experience…

  • Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
  • Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident, diplomatic, and tactful.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment.
