About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Company/M & A screening and brief company profiles.
• DCF calculation (historical and projections) by analysis of historical data and forecasting for future years.
• Arrive at Enterprise value of a company through DCF as well as relative valuation methods.
• Report writing including the DCF analysis and peers and targets comparison analysis.
• Responsibilities include working independently on complex projects and delivering error free projects.
• Resolving team members project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables.
• Creating and maintaining databases.
• Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members.

What were looking for

• Strong Accounting and financial skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of database tools Capital IQ is preferred.
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission.
• Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.
• Graduate from a reputed institute (Btech, BA, BBA, BBE, BCom, etc) and MBA (Finance), masters degree with majors in economics or accounting or Chartered Accountant or CFA or any equivalent degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
