Location: Remote Required skills: 4 or more years of experience of working on any EDI tool (See burger, SI preferred) Experience in troubleshooting errors in the EDI tool Excellent knowledge of SAP IDOCS Middleware tool with experience in Integration with SAP Experience with SAP partner profile creation and SAP T-codes Knowledge of EDI X12, mapping, and working experience Should have experience in XML and web services with knowledge of X12 EDI standards Experience in working on AS2, FTP, HTTP and SFTP Excellent analytical & communication skills are a must Demonstrated ability and willingness to investigate, diagnose, and solve complex problems quickly Ability to work independently in a team environment, to collaborate well with others and to coordinate with numerous teams and people to accomplish goals and assignments is required Responsibilities: Resolve daily errors in Seeburger system Find out recurring errors – do a root cause analysis and take required corrective action to eliminate the errors Monitor the common EDI support mailbox and respond to EDI queries by our customers Deploy solutions to serve the needs of the company’s business requirements Establish and deepen relationships with partners by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support Work on new partner onboarding that will involve creating communication setups using various protocols, developing EDI maps Show more Show less
