Role Description

Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with our company’s objectives and drive growth across key real estate markets.

Qualification, Experience & Skills required:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Real Estate Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape.

• Leadership Skills: Experience managing a marketing team, with the ability to inspire and lead others toward achieving common goals.

• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and brand awareness.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing performance.

• Digital Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present them effectively to different audiences.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
