Job Description

• HR Operations

  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, confirmations, letters, data updates, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards.

• HR Data & Analytics

  • Maintain and analyze HR data to generate dashboards and monthly reports
  • Provide insights on workforce trends such as attrition, productivity, attendance, and employee performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy across HRIS and support automation initiatives.

• Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Drive the end-to-end performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal cycles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations and calibration discussion
  • Track PMS timelines, adherence, and improve process effectiveness.
  • Strategize and manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring of KRAs. Implement annual Appraisal guidelines viz.- Bell Curve, Promotion guidelines, % increment for the year
  • Support leadership with data analysis for performance reviews.

• Employee Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives in coordination with HRBP/HR team.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR updates, policies, and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR.

• 810 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist roles, or shared services.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRIS systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS tools.
