Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in employee data, collaborating with HR teams to identify root causes.
  • Develop and maintain reports on employee demographics, job roles, and other key metrics using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
  • Provide training and support to employees on how to manage their own personal information in Workday.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-7 years of experience in Employee Data Management (EDM) or related field.
  • Proficiency in Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Experience in Hire to retire data management.
