AMC Service Marketing Executive

We’re hiring a dynamic AMC Service Marketing Executive to join our Service & Business Development team in Kolkata!

About the Role:

At Avy Technologies, we’re expanding our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for IT infrastructure solutions — covering servers, storage, networking, desktops, and laptops.

You’ll play a key role in developing new AMC business opportunities, managing renewals, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration with technical teams.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and connect with potential clients across corporate, government, and enterprise sectors.
Promote AMC offerings and prepare proposals, quotations, and renewals.Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and quality support.Maintain AMC databases and track renewals effectively.Achieve monthly and quarterly AMC revenue and renewal goals.

What You Bring:

2–4 years of experience in AMC / IT Service / Infrastructure Solutions Marketing.
Strong grasp of IT infrastructure components and service delivery models.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in MS Office and a target-driven mindset.Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Tech preferred); MBA in Marketing is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
