AMC Manager

As an AMC Manager at Advance Panels & Switchgear Pvt. Ltd., your role involves leading the Annual Maintenance Contract operations for electrical panels, switchgear, and transformers. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and supervising AMC activities such as inspections, preventive & corrective maintenance. - Preparing & analyzing quotations, cost evaluations, and budgets. - Managing and mentoring engineers, technicians & contractors. - Maintaining client relationships with timely service and issue resolution. - Generating service reports, dashboards & performance reviews. - Ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency during site operations. - Conducting training sessions to improve field performance. - Regular travel to project sites for audits & supervision. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in AMC of electrical panels, switchgear & transformers. - Expertise in technical troubleshooting and maintenance. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability in cost analysis & budget optimization. - Excellent communication & client-handling skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, ERP & reporting tools. - Willingness to travel extensively.
