Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels, specifically Amazon and Flipkart. This role is essential in ensuring our digital storefronts are up-to-date, well-optimized, and aligned with our sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with marketplace operations, a sharp eye for detail, and a results-driven approach to online retail. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and Flipkart, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment coordination, and performance monitoring. Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions. Coordinate pricing strategies and promotions to enhance product rankings and drive sales growth across marketplaces. Regularly analyze and update product catalogs to reflect stock levels, pricing changes, and new product additions. Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings, coordinate with customer service teams to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels. Conduct competitor analysis and marketplace trend monitoring to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities. Generate weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, advertising ROI, and customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure all content meets branding guidelines and is optimized for each platform. Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon and Flipkart. Strong knowledge of e-commerce optimization, SEO practices, and marketplace algorithms. Experience in product categories such as Home Appliances, Personal Care, and Electronics is highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management tools, order processing, and customer service coordination. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and marketplace backend dashboards.
