You’ll own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, helping fast-growing brands scale revenue while maintaining efficiency targets like ACoS. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart. Drive revenue growth through performance-focused ad strategies. Monitor daily account performance across 4–6 client accounts. Conduct in-depth data analysis and make strategic recommendations. Coordinate product launches and collaborate with R&D teams. Deliver weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics and KPIs. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices. Requirements: 1.5–3 years of experience in Amazon Marketing (PPC, Sponsored Ads, organic growth). Proven experience optimizing for key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, CTR, etc. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and interpreting campaign data. Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. Hunger to learn, grow, and consistently improve performance outcomes.
