Techno-functional Responsibilities: ensure the quality of deliverables by technical team as perthe functional specifications drafted by functional consultants in collaboration with businesskey users. Responsible for SIT and UAT tests of all evolutive deliverables with close coordination withfunctional and development teams. Assist L2 support team in find the RCA for complex issues Testing Support: Support both business and IT testing to ensure solutions meet the requiredstandards and function effectively.
Requirements
3+ years of Experience in SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) modulewith good understanding of Procurement & Sourcing process in an organization. Should have good exposure in Self-Service procurement, plan-driven procurement,Shopping Carts, RFx & Auctions and SRM Organizational Structure etc. as aFunctional Consultant. Should have worked on solving L2/L3 level tickets and understands SLA associatedwith Tickets. Should have working experience on SRM Change Requests involving Requirementgathering, requirements analysis, solution proposal, Functional Testing, UAT supportetc. Should have good communication skills. Having knowledge in other procurement applications such as SAP MM, Ariba, is anadded advantageBenefits
