Working days
- Hybrid - 2-3 times a week.

Must Have

Statutory Compliance
Handled a team (exp. of 2 years min.)
PF Management
Labour Compliance
Audit Inspection
Not only PF ESIC expertise but also Strong audit skills, Audit inspections with govt. authorities

Important Note -

Candidate must have PAN India experience and not limited to a specific location. Multiple states/geographies.
Candidate Current and Preferred location - Pune
Candidate should come from only IT/ ITES background/ BPO, GCEE, any service industry and not Manufacturing industry.
Should be aware about recent changes in PF and should have knowledge in OT, NFH and leaves.
