Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Accounts and HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the accounts and HR functions within the company.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
