Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Quantitative Trader / Strategy Analyst to design, backtest, and execute trading strategies. You will continuously analyze performance, optimize strategies, and help drive profitable trading decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, backtest, and optimize quantitative trading strategies
• Execute strategies efficiently in live markets
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and refine models
• Collaborate with the team to implement new ideas and trading concepts
• Maintain strong risk management practices while innovating

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expertise in hedging strategies and trading techniques
• Experience in quantitative trading, algorithmic strategies, or systematic trading
• Solid understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading instruments
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with backtesting frameworks, trading platforms, and market data analysis
