Deep Learning / Computer Vision / Algorithm DevelopmentWe are seeking a highly experienced

Algorithm Engineer

with strong expertise in

deep learning, computer vision, and PyTorch-based model development

. The ideal candidate will have a research-driven mindset, hands-on implementation skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions in fast-paced engineering environments.🔹

Key Responsibilities

Deep Learning Architecture Design

Design, optimize, and evaluate advanced neural architectures such as U-Nets, YOLO variants, and other CV models.
Explore innovative modeling techniques and conduct comparative experiments across diverse problem statements.

Data Purification & Optimization

Lead end-to-end data preparation including filtering, curation, augmentation, and dataset optimization.
Apply transfer learning, domain adaptation, and data balancing strategies to improve model robustness.

Model Evaluation & Metrics

Define success metrics for CV/ML tasks and evaluate models comprehensively.
Perform error analysis, identify failure patterns, and propose algorithmic enhancements.

Technical Reporting & Communication

Present experimental results through clear visualizations and structured documentation.
Drive technical discussions and communicate complex ideas effectively within cross-functional teams.

Algorithm Deployment Collaboration

Work with engineering teams to align algorithmic design with real-world deployment constraints.
Contribute to integration strategies for cross-platform environments.

🔹 Required Qualifications

PhD with 5+ years of experience OR MS/MTech with 8+ years in algorithm development.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in deep learning and computer vision.
Strong proficiency in PyTorch, training pipelines, and ML experimentation workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and contribute to technical discussions.

🔹 Preferred Skills

Experience with experiment tracking tools (e.g., TensorBoard, Weights & Biases).
Understanding of cross-platform development, deployment challenges, and system integration.
Prior experience in product companies, semiconductor, hardware, or engineering-focused organizations.
