Job Description

Role Overview: Cialfo is a leading platform connecting students, higher education institutions, and counselors through technology-driven solutions. Launched in 2017 with a mission to make education accessible to 100 million students, Cialfo provides a range of mobile and web solutions to students, K-12 institutions, and higher education institutions. They are one of the fastest-growing tech startups in the region, consistently charting new heights. As a skilled Airtable Builder/Designer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining Airtable solutions to support business processes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Airtable end-to-end products to enable internals to manage their work, including designing databases, building automations, and interfaces for end users. - Coordinate with data engineer and engineering teams to ensure information integrations with the broader infrastructure. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify requirements and build products that meet these requirements. - Ensure data integrity, database structure, and efficient organization of information. - Develop and document standard operating procedures for Airtable processes. - Provide training and ongoing support to users to maximize adoption and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in the relevant field. - 2-4 years of experience in dashboard (preferably Airtable) development and data analysis. - Strong understanding of dashboard (preferably Airtable) structure, formulas, automations, and interfaces. - Hands-on experience in process automation and workflow optimization. - Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
