We are a team of passionate individuals focused on making education accessible to everyone worldwide. We are currently looking for a skilled Airtable Builder/Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining Airtable solutions to support business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Airtable development and data analysis, along with strong technical skills in automation, data workflows, and stakeholder coordination. As an Airtable Builder/Designer at Cialfo, your responsibilities will include: - Developing Airtable end-to-end products to facilitate internal work management. - Designing databases and building automations to ensure dynamic structures. - Creating interfaces to allow end users to interact with the data effectively. - Collaborating with data engineers and engineering teams to integrate information with our broader infrastructure. - Ensuring seamless integration of Airtable infrastructure with our overall ecosystem. - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify requirements and develop products that meet these needs. - Maintaining data integrity, database structure, and efficient organization of information. - Developing and documenting standard operating procedures for Airtable processes. - Providing training and ongoing support to users to maximize adoption and effectiveness. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in Airtable development and data analysis. - Strong understanding of Airtable structure, formulas, automations, and interfaces. - Hands-on experience in process automation and workflow optimization. - Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Skills: - Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. - Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly diagnose operational issues and implement effective solutions. - Within Airtable: Designing databases, building automations, and creating interfaces.
