AI/ML Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  AI technical solutioning

  across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, architectural standards, and long-term AI/ML strategy.
• Define and evolve the

  AI architectural vision and roadmap

  , integrating emerging technologies and best practices tailored to Healthcare IT needs.
• Design comprehensive AI/ML solutions covering data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring — with a focus on

  scalability, performance, security, and compliance

  .
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs and contribute to shaping AI-related business strategy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to

  guide development and ensure successful delivery

  , while providing hands-on mentorship and technical leadership.
• Maintain detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical guidelines to support knowledge sharing and reusability.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, technologies, and platforms — with a

  strong emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  services — to support enterprise AI initiatives.
• Lead

  Proof-of-Concept (PoC)

  projects to validate AI solutions, demonstrating business value and technical feasibility.
• Ensure all AI systems are compliant with

  healthcare regulations such as HIPAA

  , and uphold industry security and governance standards.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, simplifying complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and ensuring alignment.
• Stay updated on AI trends, research, and industry innovations, and proactively identify opportunities for competitive advantage and efficiency.
• Work closely with both U.S. and Thryve leadership teams to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and strategic direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence

  , or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience

  in software engineering or architecture, with a substantial focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Strong understanding of

  machine learning paradigms

  (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and familiarity with a range of algorithms and models.
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms

  (preferably

  GCP

  ), and a strong command of AI/ML services within those ecosystems.
• Proven success in designing and deploying

  robust, enterprise-grade AI solutions

  in

  Healthcare IT

  environments.
• Proficient in programming languages such as

  Python

  ,

  Java

  , or

  Scala

  , and frameworks like

  TensorFlow

  ,

  PyTorch

  ,

  Scikit-learn

• Experience with

  MLOps practices and tools

  , focusing on automation and lifecycle management of AI models.
• Deep knowledge of
