AI/ML Lead (8+ years) and AI/ML Architect (13+ years)

— to drive our AI transformation initiatives and build scalable, production-grade AI systems.📍 Location:Chennai💼 Experience: 8+ to 15+ Years🛠 Key Skills: AI/ML, Python, Generative AI, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Microservices, MLOps🔧 Responsibilities (Lead & Architect Levels)AI/ML & Deep Learning* Build and deploy ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, ONNX.* Develop NLP, Computer Vision, speech, and forecasting models (Transformers, CNNs, LSTMs, GANs).* Design and maintain ML pipelines with end-to-end workflows including feature engineering, training, deployment & monitoring.* Deploy using SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow, MLflow, Triton.* Implement MLOps: model versioning, CI/CD for ML, drift detection, automated retraining.Architecture & Engineering* Design scalable microservices-based AI platforms and API layers (REST, GraphQL, event-driven).* Build cloud-native AI systems using Azure/AWS/GCP (compute, storage, networking, IAM).* Implement containerized ML workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio.* Develop enterprise-grade data storage solutions: RDBMS:MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB Caching: Redis, Memcached Search: Elasticsearch, Solr Work with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ.DevOps, Security & Observability* Implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).* Ensure security practices: OAuth2, JWT, encryption, OWASP, GDPR readiness.* Configure monitoring & logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.* Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance tuning.Leadership (Role-based)

Lead (8+ yrs):

* Drive model development, oversee junior engineers, deliver end-to-end ML features.

Architect (13+ yrs):

* Define architectural roadmaps, lead PoCs, select technologies, govern standards, and drive enterprise AI adoption.---🎯
