Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, and model optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) – fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment.
• Familiar with Python ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, NumPy, Pandas).
• Knowledge of API design and development (REST, Flask/FastAPI, Postman).
• Exposure to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization tools.
  

Technical Skills

• Programming: Python, SQL, basic Java/JavaScript (preferred).
• AI/ML: LLMs, NLP pipelines, transformers, regression/classification models.
• Software Engineering: Version control (Git/GitHub), unit testing, CI/CD basics.
• APIs & Integration: Building and consuming APIs for ML model deployment.
• Cloud & Tools (good to have): AWS/GCP/Azure ML services, Docker.

Expected Contributions

• Support the design, training, and deployment of ML/AI models.
• Experiment with and optimize LLM-based applications for business use cases.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on API integration and scalable ML pipelines.
• Document findings, results, and best practices for the team.
  

Background

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, databases, and software engineering principles.
