Job Overview

VectorStack is seeking a Senior AI ML Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position focused on deploying innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that directly impact our clients success. As a senior team member, you will work on diverse projects in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and technical growth.

Qualifications And Skills

• Expertise in time series analysis for forecasting and anomaly detection, with proven project experience (Mandatory skill).
• Mastery in predictive modeling using supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions on AWS infrastructure (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient working knowledge of Apache Kafka for data streaming, integration, and real-time analytics pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Python, especially for data processing, machine learning, and automation scripting.
• Expertise in model optimization and tuning, including experience with hyperparameter search and performance enhancement.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions with clear communication of technical information to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating in agile software development environments and participating in peer code reviews for quality assurance.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable AI/ML models focusing on time series and predictive analytics for diverse industry applications.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines utilizing AWS and Apache Kafka for efficient data engineering and model deployment.
• Identify, collect, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to create impactful and deployable solutions.
• Conduct continuous research on emerging AI/ML trends to incorporate the best practices and latest advancements.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning solutions in production, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Communicate solution progress, challenges, and results both to technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical development and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
