Role Overview

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop APIs using FastAPI
• Build AI agents using LangChain and Python
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI models into production systems
• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series modeling
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or generative AI techniques
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray)
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
