Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI/ML Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analysis, model building, and production deployment, along with a solid understanding of deep learning frameworks and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, deep learning algorithms, and AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning for optimal performance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build predictive or classification models using structured and unstructured data.
• Deploy ML models on cloud environments such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Cloud AI Platform.
• Research and experiment with new AI/ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and accuracy.
• Develop automation pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment (MLOps).
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering.
• 4+ years of proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
• Strong understanding of ML model lifecycle, data pipelines, and MLOps principles.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib).
• Knowledge of API integration, microservices, and RESTful architecture for model deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Exposure to big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Salary Range:

₹6 LPA – ₹20 LPA (Depending on experience, skills, and location)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
